Frequently Asked Questions

If you are experiencing difficulty with recovering passwords or receiving items that you have purchased, please read through these FAQ's first prior to lodging a Ticket at the Support Centre.

We aim to provide you with a 4 hour response time, however the solutionj itself may take a little longer than 4 hours if we need assistance from other people.

If your request is about receiving products after payment, we ask you kindly to approach us through the Support Desk before contacting PayPal. This will help you resolve the problem faster, as we strive to make this site an enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. I've lost my password, how do I get it back again ?

ANSWER: This is quite a common experience.
All you need to do is go to the Members Login page and enter your registered email into the "Forgot Password" area. Your password will be mailed to you.

2. I've tried recovering my password and it isn't being sent to me, what am I doing wrong ?

ANSWER: If you've had a couple of attempts at recovering your password and it isn't being sent to your email address, it is likely that it is being "eaten" by SPAM Filters and Blockers.

There are two ways that we can assist you to solve this situation:
a) Try registering a new email address to get instant access to the site, or
b) Log a request at the Support Centre and ask for a manual reset. Try using the Live chat feature, and if not available then please use log a request.

3. I made a purchase but didn't get to download page for the products

ANSWER: This seems to occur in around 5% of transactions on the internet, and is usually due to technical issues. As automated payment methods are using computers, and are not human, they sometimes fail.

We want to ensure that you receive your goods promptly and with the minimum fuss. To help us to respond to your request, please log a Support Ticket with a copy and paste of the total transaction that you received in the email from your payment processor (usually PayPal).

4. I received an email from someone I don't know who was promoting your site. I think it is SPAM, and I would like to report them - what should I do ?

ANSWER: We take SPAM very seriously. We ask that you please copy and paste the entire email that you received into a Support ticket so that we can check it out for validity.

If it is from a SPAM Source then we will suspend the account and they will forfeit their funds.

5. I want to become a JV Partner - how do I do that ?

ANSWER: Thanks for your interest in becoming a JV Partner. We are currently taking only 100 JV Partners for this event, however you may want to get onto the waiting list for our next event, Version 2, sometime in the future.

6. I do not want to receive any more communication from your site. How do I close my account?

ANSWER: We understand that some people want to leave the site. All you need to do to close your account is to log in to your members area and click the HOME link, across the top.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page past the form with all your details in it, and at the bottom there is a link that says, "DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT".

By clicking that link, and verifying that you want to have account removed, you will no longer be able to access the site, and you will no longer receive communication from us.

7. How do I promote your site as an affiliate ?

ANSWER: During phase 1 only the JV Partners who agreed to promote the site are able to receive commissions.

However during phase 2 we will be releasing the affiliate program from within the Butterfly Marketing script to open it up to all the members.

8. How long will this promotion last ?

ANSWER: This promotion will last for just five weeks, starting from 1st June 2007.

9. Can I purchase any other items while I'm here ?

ANSWER: Yes. And thank you for asking.

We have set up a store to provide extra items for you to purchase in order to build your online business, at greatly discounted prices. These products do not typically come for free from any site, and you may be able to pick them up with Master Resell Rights, if available, so that you can "flip them" if you choose.

10. How do the daily prizes work ?

ANSWER: Each day of the promotion there will be a draw for prizes from the Prize Draw Generator. If you are a winner of the Prizes, you will be sent an email with a password token.
Just enter the token in the spot provided to receive your prize.
All prizes are provided by JV Partners and will require you to register your name and email address with the JV Partner in order to receive your prize.

If you have not received a prize then please check that your SPAM filter settings are not filtering out your email.

11. When is the Help Desk open ?

ANSWER: We aim to provide you with 24/7 support with a 4 hour response time.

Live Support is also available throughout the promotion, and you'll need to check the link to see if the Live Suppport is available.

The Live Support link is located at the bottom of each page within the site.

12. Nothing just seems to work - can I talk to someone ?

ANSWER: If you are really stuck, please provide your phone number (including international dialling code) and the country you are calling from in a Support Ticket request, and explain what is happening.

We will aim to help you out within 48 hours with a live Support Request.
